(hereinafter referred to as "Bosun Pharmaceutical"), has recently received the Approval Notice for the Marketing Application of Chemical Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) issued by the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA). Nicergoline is mainly indicated for the treatment of vascular or metabolic cerebral insufficiency. According to the inquiry on the information platform of the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA), as of the date of this announcement, a total of 27 enterprises (including Bosun Pharmaceutical) have obtained marketing approval for Nicergoline API.
The above-mentioned API product, upon obtaining marketing approval, can be used in domestic marketed preparations, which will further enrich the product line of the subsidiary. However, due to factors such as the progress of GMP compliance inspections, national policies, and changes in the market environment, there is uncertainty regarding the production and sales timeline and specific sales performance of the above-mentioned API product.
